- After uploading a high-resolution image and paying for a custom special EFX print, we will produce and email you mockup images -within 24 business hours. This is for you to confirm the frame size, frame color, the mat color (if you desire one), orientation, and that the way we cropped your image meets your expectation.
- After you approve the images, we will produce a video for you to see how your art is expected to color change. Please note that what you see on your monitor will never perfectly match the real art. LED monitors are almost 100% backlit whereas art relies on ambient light striking the image and then entering your eye. So the light sources are very different and every monitor is calibrated differently.
- It takes us approximately 6 - 8 hour process for us to produce the images, the test prints we need to make, and the video. Besides using these assets to confirm this is what you want, we hope that you will use them in your social media posts and marketing.
- Once you confirm both the image and video, we will produce your unique color-changing fine art print. Note that all custom-made prints from EFX Gallery are NOT returnable for a refund or an exchange.
- Hopefully, after you show/sell your customized special EFX art, more people will want another one. We will keep all the high-resolution files we produced for your art on our secure server for one (1) year. Any reprints you want will cost 10% less than our standard prices for custom prints. We can also dropship directly for you.
All our prints are shipped in high quality aluminum frames. All of our pictures are printed on archival quality UV light resistant polyester.
