General

Does it work with all artwork/printed media?

The EFX™ Imagery technology is designed to work with only media that is compatible with the patented EFX™ technology. To confirm whether the desired media will work with EFX™ Imagery's technology, feel free to reach out to our team and one of our graphic artists will review your media with you.

What do I need to dynamically change the color of my EFX™ media?

Our EFX™ Imagery media come with controllers that allow you to change your EFX™ frame's color using an included remote controller, your smart device or using a third party service like Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Siri and IFTTT (If This Then That).

Do you have a catalog?

We do not have a physical catalog for our EFX™ Imagery products. All of our current offerings and products are available on our website. If there is a particular item that you are looking for and cannot find, please contact EFX™ Imagery and we will be glad to assist you in finding the desired item.

Do you ship internationally?

EFX™ Imagery is able to ship to most addresses in the world. There may be restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs and delivery dates are based on the shipping option selected at checkout and the availability of your items. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

How can I get assistance if I need it?

We are available during normal business hours for customer support. To get in contact with one of our representatives, please fill out the contact form on our “Contact Us” page.

Returns

I want to return my purchase. What should I do?

 You may return most new, unopened items within 30 of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (receiving an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If you need to return an item, please contact us on the Contact Us page with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

Refunds take approximately four weeks from the time of return shipment to be completed. However, in most cases, it may occur sooner. The time period includes transit time back to EFX™ Imagery (5-10 business days), the time it takes to process the return once EFX™ Imagery receives it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

Payment Information

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

EFX™ Imagery collects taxes all applicable orders based on the tax rate of the shipping destination.

What forms of payment do you accept?

EFX™ currently accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, Visa, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay methods. 

Technology

What type of files can I submit to EFX™ Imagery?

File submissions can be in the file formats of PNG, JPEG/JPG or TIFF files. Files can not exeed 5MB per file uploaded. 

What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?

A cookie is data that is sent from the website to your computer’s hard drive. If your browser allows for it, each website can send a cookie to your computer. To protect your privacy, cookies do not store personal information but uses anonymous and unique identifiers.
